Bezoku Joins the Intel® Liftoff Programme
We are proud to announce that Bezoku, a subsidiary of Euler Digital SEZC, a Cayman Enterprise City (CEC) special economic zone company, has been accepted into the Intel® Liftoff Programme. Bezoku will represent the Caribbean’s first Artificial Intelligence (AI) project to be accepted into the prestigious programme designed to help early-stage tech startups to rapidly scale.
As a part of this exclusive global network of technology startups, the Bezoku team and partners are looking forward to harnessing Intel® Developer Cloud and the suite of powerful AI tools to accelerate their software development. The collaboration will not only propel the project’s growth and visibility, but the team will also be able to leverage unique connections within the technology ecosystem and access Intel's extensive resources, including expert insights.
There are several reasons Bezoku was successful in winning a spot to participate in the Intel® Liftoff Programme:
- Bezoku is a class of good AI, AI that is built around humans with many safety features to protect users on issues such as dialect prejudice and cognitive liberty.
- End-to-end encryption of private data is providing a first of its kind system for generative AI using advanced mathematics.
- Bezoku has been designed for communities with what are termed “low resource languages”. They are starting with Haitian Creole but will quickly follow up with a number of Hispanic dialects (e.g. Cuban, Honduran) and will facilitate a linguistic capacity of bilingual speakers called Code Switching.
- Bezoku needs 5,300 times less computation than ChatGPT4 per model. Bezoku is therefore massively less polluting, with a far lower impact on the planet.
The entire concept for Bezoku was designed within the CEC special economic zones, where the intellectual property (IP) will be registered. Bezoku is offering investment as well as leadership opportunities for Caymanians and residents of the Cayman Islands within the AI space.
Bezoku’s participation is highlighting that the Cayman Islands offers a welcoming and reputable jurisdiction for innovative AI and High Performance Computing (HPC) companies to operate and grow from. We anticipate that the project will help to further attract innovative AI projects of a similar caliber.

About Cayman Enterprise City
Cayman Enterprise City (CEC) is an award-winning development project which consists of three special economic zones (SEZs) focused on attracting knowledge-based and specialised-services businesses to set up a genuine physical presence in the Cayman Islands. The zones included within CEC are Cayman Tech City, Cayman Commodities & Derivatives Centre, and Cayman Maritime & Aviation City. With a dedicated Government Authority, licensing fee concessions and guaranteed fast-track processes, CEC enables international companies to quickly and efficiently establish a Cayman Islands office, which in turn enables them to generate active business income within a tax neutral environment.
You can register a new business with CEC, or register a wholly owned subsidiary of a US or Canadian company - a common structure. If you’re interested in setting up your business in the SEZ, get in touch with the CEC team today.
