Sabina is a partner in Devry Smith Frank’s Tax Group specializing in tax and business succession structuring and planning and has particular expertise in cross-border tax planning as well as trust and estate planning. Sabina also represents and assists clients in tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and is designated as a trusts and estate practitioner with the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP). Sabina works closely with the CEC business development team and their clients in Canada who are considering setting up a physical presence with the Special Economic Zone, helping them navigate a plethora of legal and tax issues prior to emigrating from Canada or setting up a business outside of Canada.
