Ernie Nagratha, serving as a founding partner at Trowbridge Professional Corporation since 2002, specialises in expatriate taxation. Leveraging his expertise, Ernie aids Canadians globally in navigating tax complexities. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University's Schulich School of Business, he has completed levels I and II of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-depth Taxation Program. Ernie is an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

Santosh Prasad is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of experience in national and multinational accounting firms. He specializes in International Expansion and Private Client Corporate Services for Canadians worldwide. At Trowbridge since September 2019, Santosh has managed numerous personal and corporate tax compliance mandates, as well as complex transactions involving corporate restructuring, personal and trust tax matters, and associated tax compliance issues.
