Decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) are innovative governance systems that are gaining traction in the Web3 space and are getting more popular by the day. Sometimes called a decentralized autonomous corporations, DAOs are organizations constructed by rules encoded as a computer program that is often transparent, controlled by the organization's members and not influenced by a central government.
On September 15th 2022 a group of experts discussed DAOs in the Cayman Islands, they explore key examples, talked through legalities, and took a practical view of the fundamentals.
