Professional Recruitment Support

CEC can provide introductions to a professional recruitment team that can help you recruit the right individuals for your zone company.

Internships

Each year, we aim to place 20+ young people with internships throughout Cayman’s special economic zones. The CEC internship programme is open to students between the ages of 18-25 and lasts for one to two months, typically during the summer months. An intern can be a valuable addition to your team and CEC makes it easy by helping to recruit and onboard new interns.

Networking Events

Each year CEC hosts a networking event with the aim of connecting university/college students and recent graduates with zone professionals. This is a great opportunity to scout future talent and provide local students with information about embarking on a career in your industry.

Mentorships

The CEC mentorship programme is an excellent way to get involved and give back to the local community. Mentorships can last anywhere from one session to 6-month placements. This is a great way to meet local students and you might just find your next employee!
