Whether you're looking to build a local team or expand globally, our team can facilitate introductions to experienced recruitment partners who understand the unique needs of your business and can help you identify and onboard the right candidates efficiently.

Internships & Mentorships

Cayman Enterprise City is committed to supporting workforce development through structured internship and mentorship programmes. Each year, we facilitate the placement of over 25 young Caymanians and residents within companies across our special economic zones. The internship programme is open to students between the ages of 18 and 25 and typically spans one to two months during the summer. These placements provide valuable real-world experience for students and serve as a meaningful talent pipeline for zone companies. CEC supports participating businesses by managing recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.

Our mentorship programme offers professionals the opportunity to contribute to the development of Cayman’s next generation of innovators. Engagements can range from one-off sessions to structured six-month placements, offering flexible ways to share expertise, support career development, and build meaningful connections. Mentors often find these relationships mutually rewarding — and in many cases, they lead to future hires.

Enterprise Cayman
