Richard founded Global Tax Network (GTN) in 2001 to assist individuals moving to and from the U.K. with international tax planning and compliance and help employers with the tax and social security administration of their global mobility programs. The practice has since grown to a team of over 25 professional staff members in offices in London and Surrey, with a network of partner firms in over 100 countries.
In addition to global mobility, Richard has extensive experience in UK and international tax planning for both high-net-worth private clients and athletes/entertainers and assists many professional footballers, tennis players, golfers and entertainers with their global tax planning and compliance solutions.

Andrew Parkes
Andrew is the national tax director at Andersen. He is a highly experienced international tax specialist who worked at a senior level in HMRC’s international teams for more than ten years. Andrew has a wealth of experience and technical knowledge, specialising in treaty interpretation, company residence and exchange of information
Andrew uses his experience to assist clients with their international taxation issues as well as being a regular contributor to the tax press. He has been the author of the international tax chapters of Bloomsbury’s Corporation Tax Annual since 2019/20.
